Umthetho wezobudlelwane emisebenzini kubaqashi nabasebenzi we-Labour Relations Act, 1995, wamukela ilungelo lokuphiketha. Inyunyane ebhalisiwe ingagunyaza iphikethi yamalunga ayo kanye nabasekeli ngenhloso yedimonstreshini yokuthula.
Iphikethi ingabanjwa noma kukuphi lapho abantu abanelungelo lokungena, kodwa ngaphandle kwendawo yomqashi, noma ngemvume yomqashi, ngaphakathi kwendawo yomqashi.
Imitheshwana yolawulo ivumela abasebenzi ukuthi baphikethe endaweni yomqashi uma i-CCMA ibona ukuthi umqashi wenze okungalungile ngokunqabela iphikethi ngaphakathi kwendawo yakhe.
Inyunyane ebhalisiwe noma umqashi bangagcwalisa ifomu le-LRA 4.1 ukucela i-CCMA ukuthi ithole isivumelwano ngemitheshwana yolawulo lwamaphikethi ngesikhathi sesiteleka noma ukukhiyelwa ngaphandle.
